Who we are

GetAdsMaster is a done-for-you Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads management service run by Hamza. We build and manage advertising campaigns for local businesses across the UK, US, Canada, Australia & NZ. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

For the purposes of data-protection law (including the UK and EU GDPR), GetAdsMaster is the “controller” of the information you provide to us directly.

What information we collect

We only collect what we need to assess whether we can help you and to run your campaigns. This includes:

• Enquiry and qualification details from our website quiz and enquiry forms — your business type, location and service area, what you sell, your current lead volume, your advertising goals, and your budget.
• Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and business or website URL.
• Onboarding information — details you share when you become a client, such as your offer, target customer, and the access you grant us to your own Meta ad account and business assets.
• Usage and technical data — basic analytics about how you use our website (for example pages visited and device type), collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask for or store payment card numbers ourselves — card details are entered directly with our payment processor (see “Who we share information with” below).

Why we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your enquiry and decide whether the service is a good fit;
• deliver the service — build, launch, manage, and optimise your Meta Ads campaigns;
• set up conversion tracking and deliver leads to your inbox or CRM;
• bill your management fee and keep records of our agreement with you;
• communicate with you about your campaigns and account; and
• meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our lawful basis

Where data-protection law applies, we rely on the following lawful bases:

• Consent — when you submit the quiz or an enquiry form, you consent to us using those details to contact you and assess fit. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Performance of a contract — once you become a client, we process your information to deliver the service you have signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to run and improve our business and keep our website secure, in a way that does not override your rights.
• Legal obligation — to keep financial and tax records.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the service, and only as far as needed:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) — to build and run your ad campaigns and measure results. Campaigns run on an ad account you own; Meta processes advertising and audience data under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Stripe — our payment processor, which securely handles your management-fee billing. Your card details are provided directly to Stripe, not to us.
• Hosting, email, and CRM providers — the platforms that host our website, deliver our emails, and store leads and client records so we can operate the service.

Some of these providers are based outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the providers’ own safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and, if you do not become a client, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period. For clients, we keep account and campaign records for the duration of our work together and for as long afterwards as we are required to for legal, tax, and accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live — and particularly if you are in the UK or EU — you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information;
• object to or restrict how we use it;
• withdraw consent you previously gave; and
• lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
